This a serious issue on DELL servers running any version of windows 2012 server. There is no given solution from microsoft on this.
Server cannot start even on safe mode, debugging mode or any of the repairing options that windows provides to administrators. Server loops booting.
Solution was found accidentily.
– Break the boot with hard power shutdown when windows logo appears.
– restart server in safe mode.
– when attempt booting, hard power shutdown the server once more
– finally restart server with LAST GOOD KNOWN CONFIGURATION
